What a beautiful thing to record your goals every new year!! Yes, it may seem like a common habit that many people do, but let’s think… have we implemented them?
Don’t keep your goals just in your mind. Studies have shown that those who write down their goals are more likely to achieve them compared to those who simply think about them.
Below are some dietary goals you could follow:
• Set a realistic goal with a feasible timeframe. For example: I will lose 20 pounds by July 2021.
• Create an exercise program that is achievable again. For example: I will go for a walk on Monday – Wednesday – Friday – Saturday for 45 minutes.
• Contact your Nutritionist – Dietitian for systematic monitoring of your progress and a specialized dietary plan to help you organize your weekly schedule.
