Online Nutritional Support

Online nutritional services refer to any form of consultation conducted over the internet. This can be done through specific programs that allow a Dietitian – Nutritionist to communicate with clients in real-time.

Online nutritional support is an ideal way to seek confidential and professional assistance tailored to your own needs. You can enjoy flexibility and monitor your progress at times that suit you best.

How our online sessions work

Initially, the interested individual should contact us via email or phone to arrange an initial meeting, or you can schedule online appointments via the link below.

Usually, our online meetings take place via video call, but if someone does not wish to use a camera, the call can be made without it. Before the meeting, it would be good to ensure that you have a good internet connection and that the space you are in can provide the necessary concentration. During the meeting, we collect information about your health and dietary habits so that we can develop an ideal dietary program. We will monitor your progress in continuous predetermined sessions and set your next goals.

Payment for sessions is made by bank transfer or via Revolut before your dietary program is sent to you. The fee depends on the nutritional plan or package we recommend for you to follow.

The benefits of online nutritional support

Anonymity

Remote sessions can offer you a high level of privacy, which can be beneficial if you feel uncomfortable in a personal meeting. Online sessions can help you feel more comfortable and discuss important dietary issues that you may feel uncomfortable about.

Flexibility

Regardless of where you live or work, or how busy your schedule is, online sessions offer tremendous flexibility. You are not limited to professionals in your area, which means you can choose a Dietitian – Nutritionist office from any region, province, or country. You can choose someone who can truly help you, targeting your specific needs.

Convenience

With online sessions, you can receive advice and support at a time and place that is most convenient for you.
This can be an excellent option for some individuals, especially those who are homebound and/or have special needs, limited availability, parents who cannot afford childcare, individuals who cannot commit to regular appointments, etc.
