Interactive Children’s Nutrition Workshops

Interactive children’s nutrition workshops

Nutrition workshops represent an innovative form of education on nutrition, based on experiential methods and non-traditional learning methods.

Children are influenced by their environment, and through interactive workshops, continuous education is provided to help your children appreciate and understand healthy eating.

Children can learn through fun and creative techniques such as taste testing, cooking, group and individual DIY projects, floor and tabletop games, classic movement games tailored to nutritional messages, painting, etc.

Goals of the Interactive Workshop

Our interactive children’s workshops are organized either in our own professional and tailored space, in age groups, or in private venues.

  • We cultivate a positive attitude towards food
  • We encourage acceptance of new foods
  • We give the child confidence to prepare some types of food on their own.
  • Proper education is provided on portion sizes
  • Learning good dietary habits (such as family meals, avoiding snacking, etc.)
  • Emphasis is placed on physical activity as a vital factor in good health
