Cauliflower and Carrot Soup

Ingredients for 4 people
– 750g. cauliflower
– 400g. carrots
– 1 cube of vegetable broth
– 1 tablespoon of non-fat yoghurt (optional)
– 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
– 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
– salt, pepper

Execution
Add the cauliflower and carrots to salted boiling water. Leave them for about 25 minutes. Once boiled, drain them and put them in a blender with the vegetable cube, coriander and ginger. Beat them until they become a homogeneous mixture and add pepper. Add the yogurt if you like to serve with it.
